At the beginning of this year, I contacted Amanda to cater for a 21st birthday party. She supplied me with a professional quotation which gave me at least three options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection on offer. Amanda arrived well ahead of time and set up her operation completely on her own. She was friendly and knowledgeable and even advised me on the lay-out of the tables and chairs, as this is what she does for a living.  When the guests arrived, she busied herself preparing the food in an efficient but unobtrusive manner. By the time she was ready to serve the food, she proved to us that she was more than capable of managing a group of people and serving the food at the time we agreed upon. At this point the compliments started rolling in from the guests present. The food was cooked to perfection – even the specific requirements that I requested before. At the end of the evening, Amanda packed up her equipment and left the party quietly, without any disturbance. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and I would highly recommend her for functions – not only for her professionalism, but also for the quality of her catering and affordability.
