As an experienced Production Manager and Compliance Manager (SHEQ) within leading South African companies since 1989, my tenacious and proactive approach has resulted in the execution of various Safety and Quality Standards being met and facilitating the Implementation and Training. I have been praised for my abilities in being efficient, attentive, and competent in all my responsibilities as well as my excellent work ethic and professional attitude.
Over and above my extensive working experience, I have a solid educational and experience foundation with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality and a passion for business process improvements and workplace safety. 2014 Starco Services were Established with James my son as a consulting firm and I recently decided to extend my Scope to Training which I have a passion for.

To comply with various Legislation: Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations: Act 85 of 1993, Mine Health and Safety Act No. 29 of 1996 and Regulations, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and various Food Safety Standards.
